Raising awareness of the impact of loneliness.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, an annual event which provides an opportunity for the whole of the UK to focus on achieving good mental health. This year the Mental Health Foundation are focussing on loneliness. Having good connections to other people and our community can protect our mental health and we can all play a part in tackling loneliness.
