Russells Hall Hospital is now using ANPR camera recognition on its carpark. Blue Badge holders can pre-register for a free parking permit online until the badge expires or you can take your badge up to the pay station each time you use the car park.
Register your blue badge and the Vehicle registration on nexusplatform.co.uk using the invitation code YHZJJWL. You will need to upload a photo of the front of your badge.
