#dudleydailypause

The #dudleydailypause on this occasion is the Black Country Wellbeing Centre and its Wellbeing Wednesdays and Feel Good Fridays, which happen at  11.30am – 1.30pm every week.

The Black Country Wellbeing Centre (BCWC) in Vale Street, Upper Gornal, was a run-down building. Through Dudley Council, Voluntary Sector Funding & donations, Adam, Wade and other volunteers have worked on the centre to make it useable.

They are now utilising the building to bring the community together through fun days, employment and a wide range of sports and healthy living activities. People can also access the Centre for a bit of social activity and fun.
Wellbeing Wednesdays and Feel-Good Fridays are running from 11.30am – 1.30pm every week for all ages. Pop along for a chat, a bite to eat, some exercise or the odd bit of sparring (if you fancy it).

Would you or anyone you know like to socialise in the daytime? If so, please get in touch with Adam on 07501 827334, or contact Adam or Wade through Messenger on their Facebook Page: Black Country Wellbeing Centre
