Residents across Dudley are invited to take part in the weekly Mental Health Walk at Woodside Park, held every Monday at 6pm.
Organised by Let’s Walk Together, the walks provide a friendly and welcoming opportunity for people of all ages to get active, meet new people, and support their mental wellbeing.
Walking has been shown to help reduce stress and anxiety, boost mood, improve sleep, build confidence, and strengthen social connections.
Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, enjoy the outdoors, or simply have a chat with others in the community, everyone is welcome to join.
Rain or shine, the group comes together with a shared aim of promoting positive mental health and reminding people that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.
